AJ Entertainments – Terms and Conditions of Booking

By booking with AJ Entertainments, you are entering into a binding contract and agreeing to the following terms:

1. Booking & Deposit*

A deposit is required to secure your booking.
All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and acknowledged.

2. Payment

Full payment is due no later than 10 days before the event date.
AJ Entertainments reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received on time.

3. Cancellation

If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.

4. Changes to Booking

Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
AJ Entertainments will do its best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

5. Liability

AJ Entertainments is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, venue issues, illness).
We will always aim to provide a suitable replacement or alternative solution where possible.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to withdraw services if staff are subjected to abuse, unsafe conditions, or unreasonable demands.
The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all parties.

7. Agreement

By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement is governed by UK law.

Please note that all deposits paid to AJ Entertainments are non-refundable, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. By securing a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Deposits are essential to reserve your date and cover initial planning and administrative costs.
